We want to know, speak, and hear the Truth (Word of God) even if its difficult

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” – 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Sometimes the truth is tough to hear or even speak. But we know that God’s truth (the Bible) is always best for us, no matter how tough it can be. So we will always preach and teach the truth from God’s Word, the Bible.

We know God’s desire is for each person to have the best life possible

“… I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” –

John 10:10b

God has designed you and I to have a growing relationship with Him so He can give us a different kind of life, full of hope, promise, and purpose.

If the Church is not about community involvement, then what’s the point?

“All the while praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people…” –

Acts 2:47

God’s design for healthy churches is to build bridges into the community in which they exist in order for people to see the love of God and not just hear it.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we take God and Jesus Christ very serious

“And so the Lord says, ‘These people say they are mine. They honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. And their worship of me is nothing but man-made rules learned by rote…’” – Isaiah 29:13

God is not boring. When you read the parable teaching of Jesus, you can see that He had a terrific sense of humor. We like to laugh and have fun. We don’t compromise truth, but we don’t exist to make rules for you to follow.

People matter to God so they matter to us

“So God created man in His own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.” –

Genesis 1:27

God made all of us. Through His design and for His purpose. Everyone, no matter their age, race, or economic status, matters to God. He loves you and because of that, we love you.

There is a hope for life after death for everyone through Jesus

“For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” – John 3:17

At the heart of God is His desire to have a relationship with everyone and that our eternal life can be spent with Him in heaven through Jesus alone.

God only deserves the best we can give

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for man.” – Colossians 3:23

Everything we do, we will do by giving our absolute best. This means at church, at home and at our jobs.
